Anthony Baptista
Lead Network Scientist
Anthony Baptista is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at King’s College London and the Alan Turing Institute. His expertise lies in mathematical modeling and network theory to tackle challenges in cancer biology, clinical data analysis, and biological systems. During his PhD, he developed innovative multilayer network exploration methods, including a widely-used framework. In his postdoctoral roles, Anthony advanced methodologies for detecting triadic interactions in networks contributed to clinical dataset analysis through network-based approaches, and developed differential geometry tools to deepen insights into oncogenesis and better understand learning processes in Neural Network settings.
